Darrell Hovde PE has been providing energy compliance and mechanical design services since 1987 throughout California.  He received his bachelors of science (BS) degree from North Dakota State University in 1985, and a masters of business administration degree from California State University at Channel Island in 2012. 

He has over 40 years of experience in the construction and design of mechanical system for buildings spanning from simple residential to complex industrial systems.
